Consumer Product Recalls: CPSC Product Safety Alerts

This recall involves three models of the Minka Bardon Series Pendant Light Fixtures. Models include the 8-Light Pendant (model number N1847-776), the 12-Light Pendant (model number N1848-776) and the 5-Light Island (model number N1849-776). The model number is printed on the ceiling plate of the light fixture. For installed fixtures, consumers should identify the fixture based on the photographs below. The fixtures include either one downrod (8-Light and 12-Light Pendants) or two downrods (5-Light Island) to attach the fixture to the ceiling. Each of the fixtures has a polished brass finish with slatted frosted glass shades. Please note that the 4-Light Semi Flush fixture (model number N1844-776) does not utilize a downrod and is not affected by this recall.

This recall involves certain Generac brand electric start pressure washers with model number G0089111, G0088941, G0088951 and DR Power brand electric start pressure washer with model number DPW3109DEN. The pressure washers have an electric start/stop button for the unit's gasoline-powered engines, as well as a rechargeable battery used to power the button. Model and serial numbers are printed on a label located on the product's frame. Consumers can check specific unit type, model number and serial number location information at https://www.generac.com/support/product-info-user-manuals by clicking on "Pressure Washers" at the bottom of the page.

This recall involves model years 25 and 26 Can-Am Outlander 500 or 700 Pro and Max Pro ATVs equipped with Speed Limiter Mode and model years 23 and 24 Can-Am Outlander Pro and Max Pro ATVs equipped with Speed Limiter Mode that received an Engine Control Module (ECM) software update at a dealership on or after February 3, 2026. The ATVs were sold in Tan, Green, Camo and Gray. The model year (MY) can be identified by the 10th character of the vehicle's 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). P = 2023, R = 2024, S = 2025, T = 2026. The VIN label is located on the front right side of the vehicle, on the frame. The stamped VIN is located on the front member on the right side of the vehicle. The model name "OUTLANDER PRO" is displayed on the vehicle's front side and the 'Can?Am' branding is located on the left rear fender near the tail section.

This recall involves the Amazon Basics 55 Lbs. Adjustable Dumbbells. The dumbbells were sold in pairs and single units in the color black and include handles, weight plates and a molded plastic tray. The dumbbells adjust from 5 to 55 pounds using manual adjustment knobs while the weights are nested in the base. The manufacturing lot code C250306VJAW5 is printed on the outer cardboard packaging box.

This recall involves Svnntaa-branded adult portable bed rails. The recalled bed rails have white metal tubing with black foam handle grips and a fabric pouch. They measure about 21.2 inches tall by 11.8 inches wide and 20.5 inches long. The brand name is printed on the product's purchase order or receipt.

This recall involves Foubeaka and Geniuss multi-purpose helmets. The recalled helmets were sold in white and black and in size small (S), fitting a head circumference of about 18.9 to 20.5 inches. The helmets have black padding, straps, a buckle and a knob at the back for adjusting the helmet's fitting. The size is printed on a label inside of the helmet.

This recall involves Favoto Model H-1 bike helmets. The helmet body is black with red stripes, black padding, black straps with a silver reflective pattern in the center and a black and red buckle with a black chin strap. The recalled helmets were sold in youth size large (L). The helmets have a black plastic knob at the back of the helmet for adjusting the fitting. "FAVOTO" can be found in white letters on the side of the helmet.

This recall involves EVLWZL and Gunugu Mattresses. The mattresses are 10 and 12 inches thick and were sold in twin, full, queen and king size. They have a black top and sides. They were sold compressed in a box. The fiber content, size and "WG/P Foundation" are on a white label sewn onto the mattress cover. EVLWZL is on a black sewn on label on the front side.

This recall involves all Analemma-branded water bottles. The stainless-steel water bottles were sold in black or white and have a glass inner liner and a screw-on top. The Analemma logo, "24 oz" and "Analemma The Architect of Life" are printed on the front of the water bottles.

This recall involves Thermos Stainless King Food Jars with model numbers SK3000 and SK3020, manufactured before July 2023 and all Thermos Sportsman Food & Beverage Bottles with model number SK3010. The stopper of the recalled Food Jars and Food & Beverage Bottles does not have a pressure relief in the center. The containers were sold in a variety of colors in sizes of 16-oz, model number SK3000, 24-oz, model number SK3020, and 40-oz, model number SK3010. The Thermos trademark is located on the side of the product. The model numbers are printed on the bottom of the recalled containers.

This recall involves the StrikeLock hoistway door locking device, used to secure a residential elevator hoistway landing door. The product is silver in color. The door locking device is installed into the landing door jamb and looks similar to a standard door latch plate.

This recall involves DGIVOVO US-branded pressure washers. The recalled, electric pressure washers are red, green or blue with black, and measure about seven inches high, nine inches wide and eight inches deep. They came with a 500 ml spray can attachment, foam cannon, four connect nozzles, a 20-foot hose and two rollers. "Model: C4012PLUS-1500C" is printed on a label located on the back of the pressure washers.

This recall involves Earthtec pool drain covers that are sold for use in swimming pools. The pool drain covers are 7 3/8-inches in diameter and come with two screws. They are white and made of ABS plastic.

This recall involves model year 2025-2026 Honda off-road motorcycles with model numbers CRF250R/RX/RWE or CRF450R/RX/RWE. The model number can be found on the front of the bike in white letters. The white Honda logo is printed on both sides of the back of the motorcycle. The motorcycles have a red chassis. The vehicle identification number (VIN) can be found on the left side of the steering head on all models. Consumers can check if their VIN is included in the recall at https://powersports.honda.com/recalls.

This recall involves Hepo-branded adult portable bed rails, model 110039. The recalled bed rails have white tubing with black foam rubber handle grips, a black fabric pouch, and measures about 16 inches wide by 25 inches high. The model number is located on the original product packaging.

This recall involves the Acer AES015 two-wheeled folding electric scooters. The scooters are designed to allow the user to fold the front tube down to the platform for compact transport and storage. They were sold in black with a green and white decal on the front tube and the sides of the platform, and the wheels have a green circle around the rim. The model number AES015 is located on the label on the front tube.

This recall involves FitRx SmartBell Quick-Select Adjustable Dumbbells 5-52.5lbs, model 8361, with serial numbers KK23288361 through KK23388361 and KK207608361 through KK21347836 only. The dumbbells were sold in black with red accents and include handles, weight plates and a molded plastic storage tray. The dumbbells adjust from 5 to 52.5 pounds, in 2.5- or 5-pound increments, by turning the handle to the desired weight, while the dumbbell is nested in the storage tray. The model number and serial number are located on the side of the unit's storage tray. "FitRx" is printed on the storage tray and on the dumbbell handles.

This recall involves heated socks sold in three sizes (medium, large, extra large), all in the color black. "32° HEAT" appears on the battery pack casing, battery pack packaging, user manual and the exterior retail packaging for the products.

This recall involves Sweetcrispy pressure washers. The recalled, 2 GPM electric pressure washers are green or blue with black, and measure about 25.5 inches high, 11.8 inches wide and 9.8 inches deep. They came with a 500 ml spray can attachment, foam cannon, five quick disconnect nozzles, a 23-foot hose and two rollers. Model number "XCJ-K01" is printed on a label on the back of the pressure washers.

This recall involves Patoolio Direct-branded pressure washers. The recalled pressure washers, model W8, are grey and black, and model W6 is orange in color and measures about 15 inches high, 12 inches wide and 12 inches deep. The washers came with four quick connect nozzles and a foam cannon. "Electric Pressure Washer" is printed on the front of the unit above the on/off dial.

This recall involves BATOYAK USA-branded pressure washers, The recalled electric pressure washers are green and black, and measure about 16 inches high, 11 inches wide and 16 inches deep. They come with a foam cannon, four connect nozzles, a 20-foot hose and two rollers. "Model: C4012PLUS-1500C" is printed on a label located on the back of the pressure washers.

This recall involves nvyue Magic Pocket Staffs sold in gold, silver or black colors and in 110 cm or 150 cm expanded lengths. Products arrive in a compressed, tightly wound cylinder, and in many cases the protective pin is found not fully engaged, increasing risk of sudden deployment.

This recall involves the Arch Studio-branded tea kettles. The stainless-steel kettles have a black handle and measure about 10.7 inches long, 7.59 inches wide and 8.62 inches high; and have a 1.9-quart capacity. The brand name and "HJ10525" are etched on the underside of the kettles.

This recall involves Le Hao Tool electric pressure washers sold in green or blue with black trim, measuring about 25 inches high, 12 inches wide and 11 inches deep. The pressure washers come with a touch screen, foam cannon, four quick disconnect nozzles, a 20-foot hose and two rollers. Labeling on the front of the pressure washer reads "ELECTRONIC High Pressure Washer".

This recall involves certain Generac Portable Generators which have an orange/black cover and are encased in a steel-tube cradle. It comes with two wheels on the back for easy transportation. “Generac” and the “unit type” are located on the side panel of the generators. The model and serial number are printed on a label attached to the side of the unit.
