Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2024-2026 AT Series vehicles. The turntable rotation bearing fasteners may not have been heat treated properly. A fastener that has not been heat treated could fail, resulting in separation of the pedestal and turntable, increasing the risk of injury.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2026 Jeep Gladiator and Jeep Wrangler vehicles. The walls for the steel wheels may be too thin, allowing them to crack or detach, which can result in a loss of vehicle control. Loss of vehicle control increases the risk of a crash.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Land Rover Discovery Sport vehicles. Water may not be able to drain away from the rearview camera due to insufficient drain holes, which may result in damage to the rearview camera. A rearview camera image that does not display can decrease the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025-2027 IC Bus EVSB and CESB school buses. The driver's window panel and entrance door vertical joints may have been attached without sufficient epoxy coverage. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 221, "School Bus Body Joint Strength." The body panels may separate during a crash, reducing structural integrity and increasing the risk of injury.

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2013-2025 AP45A trucks. The boom stow switch wire in the cargo storage area may become damaged, which can result in a short circuit, causing the wire to overheat. An overheated wire can ignite flammable material in the cargo area, increasing the risk of fire.

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2021, 2023-2027 MV, and 2026-2027 HV vehicles. The battery interconnect cable may contact the auxiliary stud and hold down bracket, causing a short circuit. A short circuit increases the risk of a fire.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2020-2026 Nissan Armada, 2011-2013 Infiniti QX56, and 2014-2027 QX80 vehicles equipped with 22" wheels. The Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) listed on the certification label is incorrect, which can allow the vehicle to be overloaded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims." An overloaded vehicle can increase the risk of a crash.

E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2026 Commercial, 2025-2026 Typhoon N, and Cyclone N emergency vehicles. The drive/pump mode transfer case may disengage, causing loss of power to the rear wheels. Loss of power to the rear wheels can prevent the vehicle from moving, increasing the risk of a crash.

Orange EV is recalling certain 2023-2024 e-TRIEVER, 2020-2023 T-Series Tandem Terminal Truck, and 2024-2026 HUSK-e Tandem Terminal vehicles. Improper welding may cause frame rails to crack, leading to rail separation. A detached rail can cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of injury.

Wabash National Corporation (Wabash) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Dry Freight trucks The deck pins may break, resulting in the liftgate platform falling. A liftgate that falls unexpectedly increases the risk of injury.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain ITRM accessory kits with part number RL3Z-19H322-AA, ML3Z-19H322-AA, AB, BA, BB, CA, and CB that were sold as aftermarket accessory kits for Ford 2021-2026 F-150 vehicles. The integrated trailer module (ITRM) may lose communication with the vehicle, causing a loss of brake function, turn signals and brake lights. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, " Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." A loss of trailer brakes or lights can reduce the driver’s ability to control the trailer and decrease the trailers visibility to other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2027 Aviator and 2020-2026 Explorer vehicles. The switch for the easy-entry second-row outer seats may bind or stick, resulting in the seats unlatching, tipping, or sliding unexpectedly. A seat that moves unexpectedly may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2016-2019 Explorer vehicles. The roof rail covers may come loose and detach from the vehicle. A detached roof rail cover can create a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2025 Kona Electric and 2026 Kona vehicles. The seat belt buckle in the rear center seat may fail to properly restrain an occupant during a crash. A seat belt buckle that fails to properly restrain an occupant in a crash increases the risk of injury.

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2027 Navion and View recreational vehicles equipped with certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat. An overheated printed circuit board increases the risk of a fire.

Zoox, Inc. (Zoox) is recalling certain Automated Driving Systems (ADS). The ADS software may fail to detect heavy smoke, allowing the vehicle to enter an area of low visibility, particularly active emergency scenes. Failing to respond to low visibility conditions can increase the risk of a crash or impede first responders.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Lineage recreational vehicles equipped with certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat. An overheated printed circuit board increases the risk of a fire.

Tenneco Automotive (DRiV) is recalling certain NAPA steering inner tie rod ends, part number 269-3813 sold as replacement parts for 2013-2018 Ford C-Max, 2013-2019 Escape, and 2012-2018 Focus vehicles. The tie rod end stud may separate, causing a loss of steering. A loss of steering increases the risk of a crash.

Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2026 VOLVO VHD, VNL (4), VNR (4), VN, and VAH vehicles. The steering knuckles may have been manufactured with insufficiently tightened steering arms. A loose steering arm can result in a loss of vehicle steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2026 Lexus TX Plug-In Hybrid, TX Hybrid, TX, Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid, and Grand Highlander vehicles. The rear axle carriers may have been manufactured with insufficient material strength and could break. A broken rear axle carrier can cause a sudden loss of vehicle stability and control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Wildwood and Salem travel trailers. The Federal Placard may have the incorrect Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other than Passenger Cars." Referencing the incorrect GVWR may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

PACCAR Incorporated (PACCAR) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Peterbilt 579 and 2027 Kenworth T680 tractors. The trailer air connection quick release (QR) valve in the air brake system may have been incorrectly installed, which can cause the trailer to become unstable after the driver applies the brakes. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems." An incorrectly installed quick release valve that does not function properly can increase the risk of a crash.

KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Husqvarna FE 501S, Husqvarna FE 350S, 2024 GasGas ES 350, and GasGas ES 500 motorcycles. During backwards rolling, the brake caliper may crack near the primary pin casting, which may cause the caliper to break when riding. Cracks or breaks in the rear brake caliper can reduce braking ability, increasing the risk of a crash.

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2018-2020 530e xDrive, 2017-2019 740Le xDrive, 2018-2020 530e iPerformance, 2016-2018 330e iPerformance vehicles. The engine starter relay may corrode, causing the relay to overheat and short circuit. A short circuit in the starter relay may increase the risk of a fire.

Subaru of America, Inc. (Subaru) is recalling certain 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid, 2025-2026 Forester Hybrid, Forester, and 2019-2026 Ascent vehicles. These vehicles were manufactured with an incorrect Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) on the certification label. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 110, "Tire selection and rims." An incorrect GAWR label may lead to an overloaded vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
