The product contains wheat, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. A recall was not requested because the product is no longer available for purchase. The ready-to-eat beef jerky item was produced on various dates between August 7, 2025, and July 1, 2026. The following product is subject to the public health alert [ view labels ]: 2.5-oz. plastic bag packages of “STREET’S BEEF Jerky TERIYAKI FLAVOR” with lot codes 0701271, 0520271, 04014271, 0415271, 0211271, 1015261, 1016261, 1029261, 0909261, 0806261, and 0820261 shown on a sticker on the packaging. The product bears establishment number “EST. 21827” inside the USDA mark of inspection. This item was shipped to three retail locations in Oklahoma: Bordwine Hay, Feed & Hardware, Grassroots Farm Store, and Bromide Trading Co. The problem was discovered during a routine FSIS label review. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product. WASHINGTON, June 25, 2026 – Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc., a Halifax, N.C. establishment, is recalling approximately 5,300 pounds of a ready-to-eat (RTE) product labeled as a pasta salad due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The product labeled as pasta salad may actually contain chicken salad, which contains egg and milk, known allergens, that are not declared on the product label. The RTE product labeled as pasta salad that may contain chicken salad was produced on June 11, 2026. The following product is subject to recall [ view labels ]: 5-lb. plastic tub packages of “Molly’s Kitchen California Style Pasta Salad” with “USE BY JUL/16/26 430” printed on the side of the plastic tub. The product subject to recall bears establishment number “P-00874” printed on the side of the plastic tub. This item was shipped to distributors in Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia for further distribution to foodservice locations. The problem was discovered when the establishment notified FSIS that they mislabeled RTE chicken salad products as RTE pasta salad products. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product. Anyone concerned about a reaction should contact a healthcare provider. The following product subject to the public health alert is [ view labels ]: 21-oz. vacuum-packed packages of “PRIVATE SELECTION Honey Dijon Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat” with “BEST IF USED BY: JUN 28 2026” and lot code “15326A” printed on the packaging. The products bear establishment number “P-45288B” printed on the packaging. These items were shipped to Kroger and Fred Meyer retail stores in Alabama, Alaska, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Oregon, and Washington. The problem was discovered by a retailer after a store employee identified that the correct label was applied to the front of the product but the incorrect label, which contained the ingredients statement, was applied to the back of the product. Cooperative Interstate Shipping establishment, is recalling approximately 5,795 pounds of frozen meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The product contains soy, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. The frozen meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes items were produced June 25, 2025, to June 10, 2026. The following products are subject to recall [ view labels ]: 13.3-oz. vacuum sealed plastic tray packages containing "POWER PLATE MEALS MEATLOAF WITH GARLIC MASHED POTATOES" and "USE BY" dates between 6/25/26 and 6/10/27. The products subject to recall bear establishment number "217SEND" inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to distributors in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. The problem was discovered when a state inspector notified FSIS that the final label did not contain soy in the ingredients list.
