Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

Daimler Trucks North America, LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain Thomas Built Buses 2023-2025 Saf-T-Liner EFX and 2023-2026 Saf-T-Liner HDX vehicles. The heater hose clamps may not have been tightened properly, causing the hose to disconnect and leak heating coolant inside the passenger compartment. Contact with hot heating coolant may burn occupants, increasing the risk of injury.

Couture Co Ltd (Couture Co) is recalling certain Hyperax Volt RV 4x bike carriers. Vibrations may cause the anchoring plates may fail, allowing the carrier or bike to detach from the recreational vehicle or trailer. A detached carrier or bike can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, GMC Yukon XL, Cadillac Escalade, and Cadillac Escalade ESV vehicles equipped with 10 Speed Transmission with ETRS (Electronic Transmission Range Select). The transmission control valve may fail and lock up the rear wheels. Rear wheels that lock up while driving increase the risk of a crash.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Rogue vehicles equipped with 3-cylinder 1.5L variable compression turbo (VC-Turbo) engines. Increased temperatures can break down the engine oil, which may cause the engine bearings to seize and become damaged, leading to engine failure. Engine failure can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. A bearing failure may cause a breach in the engine block, allowing hot oil to be discharged, increasing the risk of an engine fire.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Rogue vehicles equipped with 3-cylinder 1.5L variable compression turbo (VC-Turbo) engines. The gears in the electronic throttle body assembly may break. Broken throttle body gears can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.

General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2024 Lyriq vehicles. The rearview camera screen may turn gray with no camera image. An inoperative rearview camera can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

General Motors, LLC is recalling certain 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, 3500, GMC Sierra 2500, 3500, and 2020-2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 vehicles that may have been repaired incorrectly under recall 24V797. The transmission control valve may fail and cause the rear wheels to lock up. Rear wheel lock up increases the risk of a crash.

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2026-2027 MV vehicles. The ECU software may fail to engage the brakes with adaptive cruise control (ACC) or hill hold assist. A vehicle that does not automatically brake as expected increases the risk of a crash.

Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. is recalling certain 2022-2024 Bonneville T100, Bonneville T120, Bonneville T120 Black, 2024 Bonneville T120 DGR, 2022 Street Twin, Street Scrambler, Street Twin Goldline, Street Scrambler Sandstor, 2023-2024 Speed Twin 900, and Scrambler 900 motorcycles. The wiring between the alternator and main harness connector may short circuit and overheat. Overheated wiring increases the risk of a crash or fire.

General Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd (General Rubber) is recalling certain Xcellent Roadbreaker A/T tires, size LT305/65R17 with a tire identification number that ends in “4324.” The tire may crack and the inner liner may separate, which can result in tire failure. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles." Tire failure can cause a sudden loss of tire pressure, increasing the risk of a crash.

A stud connecting the battery to the starter at the frame rail may have been incorrectly installed or may corrode, which can cause a short circuit. A short circuit increases the risk of a fire.

Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2024-2027 VNL (4) vehicles that do not include auxiliary parking brakes. If the vehicle is in weight bias mode there may not be enough weight on the parking brake axle, which could result in inadequate parking brake force. Inadequate parking brake force can result in a rollaway, increasing the risk of a crash.

Vee Tyre and Rubber Co., Ltd. (Vee Tyre) is recalling certain Taiga AT tires, size LT235/85R16 AT. The lower sidewall and inner liner may crack and separate. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles." Tire separation can cause tire failure and a sudden loss of tire pressure, increasing the risk of a crash.

PT. Elangperdana Tyre Industry (EP Tyre) is recalling certain Vizzoni Dreamliner A/T tires, size LT265/75R16. The sidewall may separate. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles." Sidewall separation can cause tire failure, increasing the risk of a crash.

Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2013-2019 LFS and 2019-2020 LFS Artic transit buses equipped with Double Transversal seats. The passenger seat mounting rails may crack, causing the seat to detach and fall to the floor. A seat that falls unexpectedly increases the risk of injury to passengers in or near to the seat.

Harley-Davidson Motor Company (Harley) is recalling certain 2021-2026 RH1250S (Sportster S) motorcycles. The upper triple clamp may fracture. An upper triple clamp that fractures can lead to a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh Defense) is recalling certain 2025-2026 NGDV vehicles. The mounting pin and retaining clip that retain the brake actuator rod to the brake pedal may not have been installed. An unsecured brake pedal can separate from the actuator, causing a loss of braking ability and increase the risk of a crash.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2025-2026 IONIQ 5 and 2026 IONIQ 9 vehicles. The high voltage battery system may contain an improperly tightened bus bar, which can cause a short-circuit. An electrical short in the high voltage battery system increases the risk of a fire.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2026 Kona vehicles. Due to a manufacturing error, the front steering knuckles may crack and break, which can result in a loss of vehicle steering control. A loss of vehicle steering control increases the risk of a crash.

Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2020 and 2022-2023 Mercedes-Benz Metris right-hand-drive vehicles. Water may accumulate on the air bag control unit, which can cause the air bags not to deploy as intended. An air bag that does not deploy as intended increases the risk of injury in a crash.

Toyo Tire Holdings of Americas, Inc. (Toyo) is recalling certain Open Country A/T III tires, sizes 265/70R18 116T and 265/60R20 115T. The tread may separate from the tire. Tread separation can cause a loss of tire pressure and vehicle instability, increasing the risk of a crash.

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Digger Derrick and 2021-2025 AM Series Aerial Device vehicles. The chassis engine may start unintentionally due to a missing diode in the Altec power distribution module. An engine that starts unexpectedly increases the risk of injury to anyone near the engine compartment during maintenance operations.

Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo Car) is recalling certain 2017 S60L vehicles. A component within the door latch may break, preventing the door from latching properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 206, "Door Locks and Door Retention Components." A door that is not securely latched can open unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury.

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2023-2024 EQB 250+, 2022-2024 EQB 300 4MATIC, and EQB 350 4MATIC vehicles. The high voltage battery may fail internally and lead to a vehicle fire while parked or driving. A vehicle fire while parked or driving can increase the risk of injury.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Jaguar I-PACE vehicles. The high voltage battery may overheat. A high voltage battery that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
