Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

Daimler Coaches North America (Daimler Coaches) is recalling certain 2026 Mercedes Benz Tourrider Business and Premium transit buses. The door control valve may not release the self holding mechanism, preventing the door from opening. A door that cannot be opened can prevent or delay passengers from evacuating during an emergency, increasing the risk of injury.

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2026 228i Gran Coupe, 228i xDrive Gran Coupe, and M235i xDrive Gran Coupe vehicles. These vehicles are equipped with rear lights that may not function properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, Lamps, reflective devices, and assoc. equipment." A rear taillight, brake light, or rear turn signal light that functions improperly, increases the risk of a crash.

Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC (Ember) is recalling certain 2026 E-Series and Overland Series travel trailers. The incorrect Unloaded Vehicle Weight and Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) information may be listed on the Federal Certification Label. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification." Incorrect weight information may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Fontaine Modification Company (Fontaine Modification) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Freightliner Business Class M2 vehicles. The steering gearbox assembly may have been assembled with insufficient oil. A lack of lubrication may cause binding gears and difficulty steering, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Transit vehicles. The engine crossmember may not be secured properly, which can cause the engine to shift and possibly result in a loss of drive power or brake failure. A loss of drive power or brake failure increases the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2026 E-Transit vehicles. Bolts inside the high-voltage battery pack may be missing washers, which can cause high electrical resistance or electrical arcing. Electrical arcing increases the risk of a fire. In addition, a loss of drive power may occur, which can increase the risk of a crash.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain Mopar tow trailer modules. Please refer to FCA US, LLC's recall report for specific model numbers. Due to an improperly designed trailer tow module, the trailer lights may fail to illuminate and the trailer brakes may fail. Trailer brake lights and turn signals that do not illuminate reduce visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash. Additionally, trailer brakes that fail increase the risk of a crash.

Pierce Manufacturing (Pierce) is recalling certain 2025 Velocity, Saber, Impel, Enforcer, and Arrow XT vehicles. The steering linkage arm bolt may come loose, resulting in the steering linkage arm detaching from the steering motor. Steering linkage arm detachment can cause a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Jeep Wagoneer S, 2025-2026 Ram 1500 Pickup, Ram 2500 Pickup, Ram 3500 Pickup, Ram 3500 Cab Chassis, Ram 4500 Cab Chassis, Ram 5500 Cab Chassis, and 2026 Jeep Cherokee vehicles. Due to an improperly designed trailer tow module, the trailer lights may fail to illuminate and the trailer brakes may fail. BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Toyota Supra, 2022-2023 2 Series Coupe, 2021-2024 5 Series (xDrive), 2021-2022 Z4, 2022-2024 4 Series (Gran Coupe), 2021-2024 4 Series (Convertible and xDrive Convertible), 2021-2023 4 Series (Coupe), 2021-2024 3 Series, 2021-2023 X4, 2021-2024 X3 vehicles. Please see the recall report for a complete list of all models. The engine starter may overheat and catch fire due to wear on an internal component. Fire increases the risk of injury.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2026 Solitude recreational vehicles equipped with a ThermaHeat Tank Pad. The water tank heating pad may experience high resistance and fail. A heating pad failure can increase the risk of a fire.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage motorhomes. The seat base on the driver and front passenger seat may have been improperly tightened, causing the base to become loose. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, “Seating Systems.” A loose seat base increases the risk of injury in the event of a crash.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and 2022-2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles. The rear coil springs may be incorrectly installed and detach from the vehicle while driving. Rear coil springs that detach from the vehicle while driving increase the risk of a crash.

Winnebago Towable (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2026 Access travel trailers. The Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) may not be listed on the certification label. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification." Missing weight information may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Lamborghini (Automobili Lamborghini) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Revuelto vehicles. A software error may prevent the rearview camera image from displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility." A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023 Honda Accord, Accord Hybrid, and 2024 HR-V, Pilot, and Acura Integra vehicles. The driver's seat cushion frame may not have been tightened properly, which can result in a loose seat. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems." A loose driver's seat may not adequately restrain the driver during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. Contact with the drive line yoke may damage the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) unit. A damaged ESC unit may malfunction, disabling the electronic stability control and increasing the risk of a crash.

Zero Motorcycles Inc. (Zero) is recalling certain 2024-2025 DSR/X, DS, DSR, and DSRP motorcycles. The front brake hose may be twisted and become damaged, which can cause a brake fluid leak and a loss of brake pressure. A loss of brake pressure can reduce braking ability and cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Prius Prime, 2023-2026 Prius, and 2025-2026 Prius Plug-in Hybrid vehicles. Water may enter the rear door switch and cause a short circuit, allowing an unlocked rear door to open unexpectedly. A door that unexpectedly opens while the vehicle is moving increases the risk of injury.

Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Streetfighter V4, Streetfighter V4 S, Panigale V4, and Panigale V4 S motorcycles. Excessive heat may damage the rear brake hose between the ABS control unit and brake caliper, resulting in a sudden loss of the rear brakes. A sudden loss of rear brake function increases the risk of a crash or injury.

Kia America, Inc. (Kia) is recalling certain 2025 Kia K4, 2025-2026 Sorento, Sorento Hybrid, Sorento Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV), 2026 Sportage, Sportage Hybrid, Sportage PHEV, K5, EV9, Carnival, and Carnival Hybrid vehicles. Due to a software error, the instrument panel display may fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 101, "Controls and Displays" and 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring System." An instrument panel display that fails to show critical safety information, such as the speedometer, tire pressure, or warning lights, increases the risk of a crash.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Tucson Hybrid, Tucson Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV), 2026 IONIQ 5, Santa Cruz, Kona, Palisade, Palisade Hybrid, Santa Fe, Santa Fe Hybrid, Sonata, Sonata Hybrid, and Tucson vehicles. Due to a software error, the instrument panel display may fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, "Controls and Displays." An instrument panel display that fails to show critical safety information, such as the speedometer or warning lights, increases the risk of a crash.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Momentum and 2022-2024 Solitude Fifth Wheel trailers. The U-bolt may become loose due to inadequate preload and preload losses, causing the axle to move out of position. An axle that moves out of position can cause a loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of a crash.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2026 Coleman travel trailers. The bed brackets may not be secured to a stud, causing the bed to fall unexpectedly. A murphy bed that falls increases the risk of injury.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Palisade vehicles. The side curtain air bags for third-row occupants may deploy improperly in a crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation." Improper side curtain air bag deployment increases the risk of injury during a crash.
