Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2022-2027 IC Bus EVSB school buses. The high voltage disconnect switch may fail to shut off power to the battery. Switch failure may lead to unintentionally working on an energized high voltage battery, increasing the risk of injury or death by electrical shock.

Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain Ricon hidden frame windows sold through Prevost Parts and Prevost Service Center. Please refer to Nova Bus' attached document for specific part number information. Inadequate adhesion around the window frame may cause the glass to detach. As such, these windows fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release." The glass can fall out of the frame, increasing the risk of ejection and injury during a crash. Detached window glass can also become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

Weldon Division of Akron Brass (Akron Brass) is recalling certain Enovation Controls PowerView 700 displays with part number 610-00060-080-ST or 610-00060-080. The display may stop responding to touch commands or fail to power on, preventing the activation of exterior emergency lights, fire fighting and other emergency equipment. A loss of exterior lights can reduce the visibility of the vehicle to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash. Inoperative equipment can delay emergency response, increasing the risk of injury.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2018-2022 Odyssey vehicles. A software programming error can cause the side and side curtain air bags to deploy unexpectedly. Air bags that deploy unexpectedly can increase the risk of injury.

Daimler Trucks North America, LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain Thomas Built Buses 2024-2027 Saf-T-Liner C2 school buses. The vehicle's software may misinterpret contact if the door switch is bumped, deactivating the amber and red warning lights and the stop sign arm. Warning lights and a stop sign arm that fail to activate will not warn other drivers the school bus is slowing down, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Westbrook and Avenger travel trailers. The Federal Placard label may list an incorrect dry weight. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, “Tire Selection and Rims.” Incorrect weight information may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2015-2022 Lexus RC, 2016-2020 GS, and 2022 IS vehicles. The low-pressure fuel pump inside the fuel tank may fail. Fuel pump failure can cause an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash.

Bombardier Recreational Products, Inc. (BRP) is recalling certain 2025 Can-Am Origin electric motorcycles. A fatigue failure of the front brake caliper support may occur and result in inoperative front brakes. Front brake failure increases the risk of crash or injury.

Pierce Manufacturing (Pierce) is recalling certain 2015-2026 Arrow XT, Enforcer, Impel, and Velocity 107’ ladder and 110’ platform aerial firetrucks equipped with a single rear axle. The firm-on-ground system light may remain illuminated after the rear stabilizer loses contact with the ground. A false firm-on-ground indicator light may lead to using the aerial device when the vehicle may shift during aerial operation, increasing the risk of injury.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6, 2023-2026 Genesis G90, 2024-2026 Hyundai Santa Fe, and Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid vehicles. The driver and passenger seat belt anchors may detach. A detached seat belt anchor will not adequately restrain the seat occupant, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.

Greenpower Motor Company Inc. (Greenpower) is recalling certain 2020-2024 Nano Beast and 2021-2024 Beast school buses. The Cross View Mirror is designed to only view pedestrian around stopped buses. The label warning drivers not to use the mirror to view vehicular traffic may be missing. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility." Without a warning label, the driver may use the altered view to see other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

Graco Children's Products Inc. (Graco) is recalling certain SnugRide Turn & Slide and Modes Nest Travel Systems with Snugride Turn & Slide infant child seats. Please refer to Graco's recall report for specific model information. The infant seat carrier may detach from the base in a crash. As such, these child seats and travel systems fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems." An infant seat carrier that detaches in a crash increases the risk of injury.

Sleepy Customs LLC is recalling certain IS300 Slave Cylinder Conversion Kits, both full kits and adapter plate only versions. The adapter plate may separate from the transmission housing during vehicle operation, resulting in loss of the clutch function and ability to shift gears. An inability to shift gears reduces the driver's ability to control vehicle speed, increasing the risk of a crash.

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2018 E 400 4MATIC Sedan, E 400 4MATIC Wagon, E 400 4MATIC Cabriolet, E 400 4MATIC Coupe, 2018-2020 Maybach S 560 4MATIC, S 560 4MATIC Coupe, S 450 4MATIC, 2019-2020 E 450 4MATIC Sedan, E 450 4MATIC Wagon, E 450 4MATIC Coupe, and E 450 4MATIC Cabriolet vehicles. The drive shaft universal joint may break, resulting in a sudden loss of drive power. A sudden loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2025-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. The winter front cover may interfere with the forward collision warning (FCW) system. Interference may cause the FCW system to fail, increasing the risk of a crash.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2026 Montana fifth wheel recreational trailers. The underbelly may be improperly secured, causing it to detach. A detached underbelly can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Chevrolet Malibu vehicles. The rearview camera screen may display a distorted or blank image. A rearview image that does not display correctly reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X Coupe, Corvette ZR1X Convertible, Corvette Coupe E-Ray, Corvette Convertible E-Ray, Corvette Convertible, Corvette Coupe, 2025 Corvette E-Ray Coupe, Corvette E-Ray Convertible, Corvette Convertible, and Corvette Coupe vehicles. A software error may prevent detection of a rear turn signal light failure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." The driver may be unaware that the turn signal is not working, increasing the risk of a crash.

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2017-2025 K 1600 GT, GTL, B and 2018-2025 Grand America vehicles. The seal for the reverse gear control unit may deteriorate and allow moisture inside the control unit, which can result in the unit overheating. An overheated reverse gear control unit increases the risk of a fire.

Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2025-2027 Pioneer (4) and 2027 Anthem (4) trailers. The trailer turn signals may not function properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Turn signals that do not function properly may fail to indicate the driver's intention to change vehicle direction, increasing the risk of a crash.

Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2025-2027 VNL (4) and 2026-2027 VNR (4) vehicles. The vehicle turn signals may not function properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Turn signals that do not function properly may fail to indicate the driver's intention to change vehicle direction, increasing the risk of a crash.

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Audi) is recalling certain 2026 Q3 vehicles. Incorrect software may allow remote sunroof closing from a distance that prevents the operator from clearly seeing the sunroof. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 118, "Power-Operated Window Systems." Closing the sunroof without the ability to see it can increase the risk of injury to occupants.

Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2025-2027 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 5500XD, 4500XD, Isuzu NRR, NPR HD, NPR XD, 2025-2026 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 4500HD, and Isuzu NRR EV vehicles. The chassis and/or cab wire harnesses may chafe against metal components, leading to harness failure. Harness failure may cause an engine stall or the brake lights and parking brake to fail, increasing the risk of a crash. Damaged wires may also melt, increasing the risk of a fire.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Bronco Sport and Maverick vehicles. The Occupant Classification Sensor (OCS) unit may fail to correctly detect the presence of an adult or child in the front passenger seat. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection." Failure to correctly detect a passenger may result in the air bag not deploying as intended, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2026 Lincoln Aviator and Explorer vehicles. The heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) system may fail, which can cause the defrosting and defogging system to become inoperative. An inoperative windshield defrosting and defogging system may decrease the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
