Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Corolla Cross Hybrid vehicles. The vehicles may fail to make sufficient pedestrian warning sounds when in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 141, "Minimum Sound Requirements for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles." Insufficient pedestrian warning sounds may fail to alert pedestrians of a reversing vehicle, increasing the risk of injury.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, and 2022-2023 F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, and F-600 SD vehicles. The windshield wiper arms may break, causing the wipers to fail. Windshield wiper failure can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2026 Explorer and Mustang vehicles. The engine piston circlips may have been incorrectly installed during manufacturing, which can result in piston failure and engine damage, leading to a loss of drive power. An unexpected loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2025 LFS and 2024 LFS Artic transit buses. Inadequate adhesion around the window frame may cause the glass to detach. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release." The glass can fall out of the frame, increasing the risk of ejection and injury during a crash. Detached window glass can also become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ricon Corporation (Ricon) is recalling certain R1200 series 6-Way and 4-Way Power Transfer Seat Base (PTSB) motorized seat bases. The PTSB gear motor may fail to lock the seat in place when certain forces are applied. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems." A seat that moves may not properly restrain the occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2026 DBX S, 2023-2026 DBX707, and 2021-2024 DBX vehicles. The pin for the torque reaction link may slide out of the rear lower suspension arm, causing the rear lower suspension arm casting to crack or shear. Failure of the rear lower suspension arm can cause a loss of vehicle control, damage the brake line or other suspension components, and increase the risk of a crash.

Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain pole position guide arm assembly pins with part number 450543. An insufficient weld on the plate weldment may crack, causing the retaining pin to separate. Without a retaining pin, the pole guide arm may fall, increasing the risk of injury to people around the truck.

Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. is recalling certain 2026 Trident 800 motorcycles. During pre-delivery inspection (PDI), the diagnostic tool may have loaded an incorrect headlight low beam configuration, causing the low beams to illuminate improperly. As such, these motorcycles do not comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Insufficient illumination from the headlight low beam can reduce rider visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

KTM North America, Inc. is recalling certain 2022-2023 390 Duke and 2022-2024 RC 390 motorcycles. Water may enter the throttle (e-throttle) control unit and cause it to fail, resulting in loss of drive power while riding. Loss of drive power while riding increases the risk of a crash or injury.

Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA (Yamaha) is recalling certain 2026 TW200 motorcycles. The speedometer may become inoperative or display an inaccurate speed. Speedometer failure increases the risk of a crash.

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2025 G580 vehicles. The incorrect wheel bolts may have been installed during vehicle manufacturing. Incorrect wheel bolts can allow a wheel to loosen or detach from the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2026 GLE 350 4MATIC, GLE 450 4MATIC, GLE 350, GLE 580 4MATIC, GLS 580 4MATIC, GLE 450 E 4MATIC, AMG GLE53 4MATIC, AMG GLS63 4MATIC, AMG GLE63 S 4MATIC, GLS 450 4MATIC, and GLS 600 4MATIC vehicles. The passenger air bag fabric may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can cause the air bag not to deploy as intended. Air bags that do not deploy as intended during a crash increase the risk of injury.

Luxfer Canada Ltd. (Luxfer) is recalling certain Unified Fine Pitch thread adapters, model EP-O-350-8-U5 with part number K0079. The O-ring recess in the gas cylinder adapter may be incompatible with certain valve types. Using an incompatible valve may reduce the O-ring compression, increasing the risk of a hydrogen leak and fire.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2026 LEAF vehicles. The high voltage battery may have internal damage that can cause a short circuit within the battery module. A short circuit in a high voltage battery module increases the risk of a fire.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention from improperly sealed seams. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation." Air bags with insufficient pressure retention increase the risk of ejection and injury during a crash.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain Mopar side curtain air bags with part numbers 68224526AJ and 68224527AH. The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention from improperly sealed seams. As such, this equipment fails to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation." Air bags with insufficient pressure retention increase the risk of ejection and injury during a crash.

Gillig, LLC (Gillig) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Low Floor transit buses equipped with Michelin X InCity Grip D rear tires. The rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) on the federal placard may exceed the tire load rating. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars." Referencing an incorrect GAWR can lead to unintentionally overloading the rear tires, increasing the risk of a crash.

ABC BUS Inc is recalling certain 1999-2013 Van Hool C2045, 2004-2013 Van Hool T2145, 2013-2022 Van Hool TX45, 2013-2023 Van Hool CX45, and 2016-2022 Van Hool CX35 vehicles. The front entrance door may have the incorrect glaze on the lower curb view window. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 205, "Glazing Materials." The incorrect glaze may reduce the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Gravity vehicles. The lap belt anchor brackets on the second row seats may have insufficient welds, which can cause bracket failure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, “Seating Systems” and 210, “Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages.” Seat bracket failure can increase the risk of injury during a crash.

Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Air vehicles equipped with Pure Rear-Wheel Drive. Improperly secured bolts may allow the half-shaft to disconnect from the drive unit. A disconnected half shaft can result in a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2025 CB1000SP motorcycles. The fuel feed hose may disconnect from the fuel tank, causing a fuel leak. A fuel leak near the rear tire can increase the risk of a crash or injury. In addition, a fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2025-2026 VNL (4) vehicles. The instrument panel may fail while driving. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, "Controls and Displays." An instrument panel display that fails to show critical safety information, such as the speedometer or warning lights, increases the risk of a crash.

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2025 Jetta and Taos vehicles. The instrument panel may fail to display warning lights or gauges. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 101, "Control and Displays." An instrument panel that does not display critical safety information, such as the speedometer or warning lights, can increase the risk of a crash.

Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2025-2026 VNL (4) vehicles. The service brake may take longer than expected to release. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 121, "Air Brake Systems." A delayed brake release can increase the risk of crash.

Aston Martin The Americas (Aston Martin) is recalling certain 2025-2026 DBX and 2026 DBX S vehicles. The tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) light may not illuminate as intended, failing to warn drivers that one or more tires may be underinflated. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems." Underinflated tires increase the risk of a crash.
