Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Maverick vehicles. The moonroof glass may not have been bonded correctly to the moonroof frame, which could result in the glass panel detaching from the vehicle. A detached glass panel may become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2022 F-Super Duty F250, F350, F450, F550, 2021-2022 F600, and 2022 F750 vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 24V957. Biodiesel deposits may form on the pump drivetrain roller components, which could lead to failure of the high pressure fuel pump. High pressure fuel pump failure can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2026 Explorer and Lincoln Aviator vehicles. The seat belt anchor bolts at the second-row outer seating positions may be improperly secured. A loose seat belt buckle may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2026 Palisade and 2026 Palisade Hybrid vehicles equipped with a Limited or Calligraphy trim package. The second and third row power seats may fail to detect a person. The seat may continue to move after contacting a person during powered seat functions, such as one-touch tilt-and-slide or automatic power fold-and-stow. A person, especially a child, may become trapped by a rear powered seat, increasing the risk of injury or death.

Ferrari North America, Inc. (Ferrari) is recalling certain 2025-2026 12Cilindri vehicles. The rear and side windows have less than 70% light transmittance which can obscure the driver's visibility. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 205, "Glazing Materials." Windows with insufficient light transmittance can impair the driver’s visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2022-2023 T-Series Pure Electric Terminal Trucks, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and 2023-2026 HUSK-e terminal trucks. The optional foldaway training seat may fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 210, Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." A seat that fails may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing risk of injury.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2026 Kicks and Sentra vehicles. The hook bracket of the front seat frames may be insufficiently welded, which can cause the front seat frames to become loose. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." A loose seat may not restrain the occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

Cummins, Inc. (Cummins) is recalling certain PD7000 Electric Drive, part number BES CM0904 EV104B. The System Control Module (SCM) software error may cause a stationary vehicle to move unexpectedly. Unintended vehicle movement increases the risk of a crash.

The low tire pressure rating printed on the final stage certification label is incorrect. An incorrect pressure rating may lead to underinflated tires, increasing the risk of a tire blowout or a crash.

New Flyer of America, Inc. (New Flyer) is recalling certain 2021-2025 XE35, 2021-2026 XE40, 2023-2025 XE60, 2023-2026 XHE40, and 2024-2026 XHE60 transit buses equipped with Accelera ELFA 3 control systems V1 and V2. An inverter software error may cause unintended acceleration or deceleration in certain conditions. Unintended acceleration or deceleration can increase the risk of a crash.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Jeep Wagoneer S vehicles. The liftgate hinge cover may not be properly clipped into position and may detach from the vehicle. A detached hinge cover can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2025 CMX300, CMX500, and CL500 motorcycles. The handlebar lock screw may loosen and detach. A detached screw may lodge between the frame and stem, interfering with steering and increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Vision Wheel, Inc. (Vision Wheel) is recalling certain aftermarket aluminum wheels with part number 640-6744GBMF38, 640-6765GBMF40, 640-7710GBMF40, 640-7744GBMF40, or 640-7765GBMF40. The material may have inconsistencies, resulting in the wheel cracking after hitting a bump, pothole, or curb. A cracked wheel can cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Gillig, LLC (Gillig) is recalling certain 2021-2026 Low Floor transit buses. The air compressor intake pipe may contact and damage the fuel line. A damaged fuel line may leak, increasing the risk of a fire.

BMW of North America, LLC (Rolls-Royce) is recalling certain 2020-2026 Rolls-Royce Cullinan vehicles. The fixing bolts may not have been properly tightened. The bolts may loosen and damage the left or right rear seat belt webbing or allow the backrest to move under pressure from items in the luggage compartment. Gillig, LLC (Gillig) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Low Floor transit buses. The high voltage cable, connecting the inverter to the drive unit, contains a splice connection that reduces the amp capacity rating. Reduced capacity may cause the cable to overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.

Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo Car) is recalling certain 2025-2026 EX30 and 2026 EX30CC vehicles. The seat belt warning system may not activate the audible warning chime as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection." An audible warning chime that does not properly alert of an unbelted seat belt can increase the risk of injury during a crash.

ARBOC Specialty Vehicles, LLC (ARBOC) is recalling certain 2018-2026 Spirit of Freedom and Spirit of Mobility transit buses. The rear brake lines may have been installed incorrectly causing the anti-lock brake system (ABS) modulator valve to malfunction. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 105, "Hydraulic and Electric Brake Systems." Loss of the rear ABS system can increase the risk of a crash.

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Jetta vehicles. The transmission ground wire may not have been properly connected during assembly, causing an open electrical circuit. An open circuit may draw a higher current and increase the risk of a fire.

Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2022-2027 TerraPro trucks. The engine control unit (ECU) software may allow the engine to start when the transmission is not in Neutral. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 102, "Transmission Shift Lever Sequence, Starter Interlock, and Transmission Braking Effect." Starting the vehicle while in gear may cause unexpected vehicle movement, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) is recalling certain 2023-2025 PL700 and 2024-2026 PL750 recreational trailers. The generator exhaust is vented directly under the slide out bedroom, allowing carbon monoxide to enter the cabin. Exhaust fumes inside the cabin increase the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Pebble Mobility Inc. (Pebble) is recalling certain 2026 Flow recreational trailers. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, causing the solar panel to detach. A detached solar panel can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
