Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2026 Corolla vehicles. The front headlights may have missing headlight aim markings, which can result in improperly aimed headlights during service. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Incorrectly aimed headlights can reduce driver visibility or create a glare for oncoming traffic, increasing the risk of a crash.

Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain LiteMax Factory Select child seats with model number CS100111198. The weight and height limitations are stated incorrectly in the Spanish language manual. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems." Incorrect information in the manual may result in an improperly restrained child, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.

Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2026 Freedom Aire motorhomes. The hydronic heating system wiring may be incorrectly connected to constant 12V power, which can cause the hydronic heating system to unintentionally activate. Unintended activation of the hydronic heating system can produce harmful gas, increasing the risk of injury.

Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2018-2026 Bay Star and Bay Star Sport motorhomes. The hood stops mounting adhesive may fail, which can allow the hood stop to detach while the vehicle is in transit. Hood stops that detach can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Daimler Trucks North America, LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain Thomas Built Buses 2027 Saf-T-Liner C2 school buses. The heater hose may rupture, which can result in hot coolant leaking inside the passenger compartment. Contact with hot coolant may burn occupants, increasing the risk of injury.

Subaru of America, Inc. is recalling certain 2026 Crosstrek hybrid, and 2025 Forester hybrid vehicles. When the fuel tank is near full capacity, an increase in ambient temperature may cause the fuel to expand and spill out of the filler neck due to an insufficient seal on the fuel cap. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Kia America, Inc. (Kia) is recalling certain 2025 Telluride vehicles, equipped with power front seat(s). Due to a manufacturing error, the driver and passenger seat back frame assemblies may fail to properly restrain occupants in a crash. A seat back frame that fails to properly restrain an occupant during a crash increases the risk of injury.

Braun Industries, Inc. (Braun Ambulances) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Demers FXP174 ambulances. The floor may have insufficient strength to secure the seats in position during a crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." Structural failure may prevent the seat from properly restraining an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2025 Mercedes-Benz eSprinter vehicles. The vehicles fail to make sufficient pedestrian warning sounds when in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 141, "Minimum Sound Requirements for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles." Insufficient pedestrian warning sounds may fail to alert pedestrians of an approaching vehicle, increasing the risk of injury.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Explorer vehicles. The rear suspension toe links may fracture. A rear toe link fracture can result in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Rossmonster Vans LLC (Rossmonster) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Baja Ex and Baja LX motorhomes, equipped with Carli extended stainless steel front brake lines. The brake lines may have been incorrectly routed, allowing the brake line to contact the front tire. Contact with the tire may damage the brake lines and cause a leak. A brake fluid leak can decrease braking performance, increasing the risk of a crash.

Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2018-2023 T-Series Pure Electric and 2024-2026 e-TRIEVER terminal trucks. The driver's side door handles may be missing a lock. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 206, "Door Locks and Door Retention Components." A door that cannot be locked may open unexpectedly during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo Car) is recalling certain 2025 EX30 vehicles. The high voltage battery may experience a short circuit and overheat. A high voltage battery that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2026 F-150, 2022-2026 F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, Maverick, 2024-2026 Ranger, 2023-2026 F-600 SD, 2022-2027 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, and 2026 E-Transit vehicles. When towing a trailer, the integrated trailer module (ITRM) may lose communication with the vehicle, possibly causing a loss of brake and turn signal lights, or a loss of brake function. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, " Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Trailer lights or brakes that do not function can reduce the driver’s ability to control the trailer and decrease the trailers visibility to other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.

Prevost Car (US) Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain exterior driver side mirrors with part number 990648. The mirror exhibits excessive play and may detach. A detached mirror can reduce the driver's visibility and become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

Prevost Car (US) Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain 2026 H3-45 and H3-45 VIP vehicles equipped with aftermarket exterior driver side mirrors. The mirror exhibits excessive play and may detach. A detached mirror can reduce the driver's visibility and become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2025 M5 Sportswagon, 2025-2026 M5, 2024-2025 750e xDrive, 2025-2026 550e xDrive, 2023-2025 I7, 2023-2025 7 Series, 2024-2026 i5, and 5 Series vehicles. The electrical wiring harness for the air conditioning system may become damaged during replacement of the cabin air filter. A damaged wiring harness can short-circuit, increasing the risk of a fire.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Range Rover Sport and Range Rover vehicles. The panoramic sunroof side finisher trim may not be properly secured and can detach. A detached panoramic sunroof side trim can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of injury or crash.

In the event of transmission solenoid failure, the communication may fail between the transmission electronic control unit (ECU) and the engine ECU, resulting in transmission damage. A damaged transmission can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, a damaged transmission can leak transmission fluid, increasing the risk of a fire.

Shyft Group (Shyft) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Blue Arc BA4L-800 vehicles. The mounting fasteners may loosen or detach, causing the steering gearbox to bind. Binding in the gearbox can cause a loss of steering, increasing the risk of a crash.

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2020-2023 View and Navion recreational vehicles. The rear roof cap aerofence trim may become loose and detach during transit. A detached roof cap can become a road hazard for other vehicles and increase the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 Transit vehicles. The brake pedal may disconnect from the brake booster pushrod, causing a loss of brake function. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 105, "Hydraulic and Electric Brake Systems." A loss of brake function increases the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Ford Escape and 2023-2026 Lincoln Corsair plug-in hybrid vehicles. A manufacturing defect in one or more of the high voltage battery cells may result in an internal short circuit and battery failure. Battery failure can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. Battery failure can also increase the risk of a fire.

Prevost Car (US) Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain 2025-2026 X3-45 commuter buses. The passenger seat anchors may have been improperly installed. An improperly installed seat anchor may not adequately restrain the seat occupant, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

Daimler Trucks North America, LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain Thomas Built Buses 2023-2026 Saf-T-Liner EFX and Saf-T-Liner HDX school buses. The heater hose clamps may not have been tightened properly, causing the hose to disconnect and leak heating coolant inside the passenger compartment. Contact with hot heating coolant may burn occupants, increasing the risk of injury.
