Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

FWMOTO INC. (FLYE) is recalling certain 2024 FWMOTO FLY-10 and 2022-2024 FLY E-BIKE FLY-10 scooters. The brake pads may provide insufficient braking performance. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 122, “Motorcycle Brake Systems.” Insufficient braking performance can extend the distance required to stop or cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

FWMOTO INC. (FLYE) is recalling certain 2024 FWMOTO FLY-10 and 2022-2024 FLY E-BIKE FLY-10 scooters. The rear wheel hub may be missing the DOT marking. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 123, "Motorcycle Controls and Displays." The wheel hub may be improperly assembled or installed without the proper markings to identify the part, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Polestar Automotive USA, Inc. (Polestar) is recalling certain 2025 Polestar 3 vehicles. The striker brackets that secure the rear seat backrest may be loose. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems." A loose rear seat backrest may fall forward and allow cargo to enter the cabin during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain rear combination light assemblies, with part numbers 81561-42290 and 81551-42290, sold as replacement parts for Toyota bZ4X vehicles. The rear combination light assemblies may be equipped with a side marker reflector instead of a side marker light. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Without the correct lights, it may be difficult for other road users to see the vehicle from the rear or side, increasing the risk of a crash.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Toyota Tundra and Tundra Hybrid vehicles equipped with a Panoramic View Monitor (PVM) system. The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility." A rearview camera image that does not display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Cascade, Cherokee, and Campsite Reserve recreational trailers. The 7-way connector may have been incorrectly wired to a breaker without over-current protection. Without over-current protection, a short circuit can increase the risk of a fire.

Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2026 Collin Bus transit buses. The body panel joint adhesive may have been applied to the incorrect location, causing the panels to separate. As such these vehicle fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 221, "School Bus Body Joint Strength." Separated body panels can reduce structural integrity, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.

As such these windows fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 205, "Glazing Materials." A missing DOT code mark may result in the window being replaced with an incorrect type of glass, increasing the risk of a injury.

General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV vehicles that may have been repaired incorrectly under recall 25V433. The rear parking brake wiring harness may become damaged or corroded, resulting in unintended activation of the parking brake or loss of the parking brake function. Unintended activation of the parking brake while driving increases the risk of a crash. Loss of the parking brake function while parked can result in a rollaway, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2026 Explorer vehicles. During manufacturing, the windshield may not have been properly bonded to the vehicle, allowing it to detach in a crash. The exterior brake lights may illuminate unexpectedly or fail to illuminate when the brake pedal is activated, due to an incorrectly installed switch. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Brake lights that do not illuminate properly while driving increase the risk of a crash.
