Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

Tesla, Inc. (Tesla) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Model Y vehicles. The certification label may not have been installed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 C.F.R. Part 567, "Certification." Missing weight information provided by the label may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Santa Cruz, Tucson, Tucson Hybrid, and Tucson Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles. Software in the front cameras may cause the forward collision avoidance system to activate prematurely and unexpectedly apply the brakes. Unexpected braking increases the risk of a crash.

Jerr-Dan Corporation (Jerr-Dan) is recalling certain XLP Carrier kits. The reverse and brake light assemblies may have been installed in the wrong location with the incorrect color or number of lights. As such, the carriers fail to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment." Inadequate rear lighting can reduce vehicle visibility or fail to alert other drivers when the vehicle is braking, turning, or reversing, increasing the risk of a crash.

Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh Defense) is recalling certain 2025 NGDV battery electric vehicles. In cold weather, the high voltage battery contactor may open unexpectedly, causing a loss of drive power. A loss of drive power can increase the risk of a crash.

Endera Motors (Endera) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Shuttle transit buses. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024 Cougar, 2025-2026 Alpine, 2026 Montana, and Walkabout recreational trailers. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened. Loose shock bolts may cause a loss of vehicle stability, increasing the risk of a crash.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Elantra Hybrid vehicles. The hybrid power control unit (HPCU) assembly may overheat. Overheating in the HPCU increases the risk of a fire.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2015-2016 Elantra and 2016 Elantra GT vehicles. The driver's air bag inflator may rupture during deployment. An air bag inflator that ruptures may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or passengers, increasing the risk of injury or death.

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2022-2025 AT Series, 2021-2025 AN Series Aerial Device, 2020-2026 TA Series Aerial Device, 2021 L Series Aerial Device, 2021 LR Series Aerial Device, 2023-2025 AM Series Aerial Device, and 2024-2025 AA Series Aerial Device vehicles. The ground level emergency stop (E-stop) may not stop hydraulic functions of the machine when the machine is in ePTO mode. Hydraulic functions that do not immediately stop when the ground level E-stop is pressed, increase the risk of injury.

General Motors, LLC is recalling certain 2025–2026 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban 1500, Tahoe, GMC Yukon, and Yukon XL vehicles with 24-inch wheels. Incorrect bolts may have been installed on the left and right front wheel hubs, which can result in the bolts loosening or deforming over time. A bolt that loosens or breaks during vehicle operation can result in loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2017-2018 C Evolution motorcycles. The front wheel may splash water onto the electrical plug connection of the DC/DC converter's 12V battery ground cable lug, resulting in corrosion of the electrical contacts. Corrosion on the electrical contacts may cause overheating, increasing the risk of a fire.

American Honda Motor Company (Honda) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Honda Prologue and 2024 Acura ZDX vehicles. The rearview camera screen may display a distorted or blank image. A rearview image that does not display correctly reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Hiab USA Inc. (Hiab) is recalling certain Waltco MDV series liftgates. The deck pins may break, resulting in the liftgate platform falling. A liftgate that falls unexpectedly increases the risk of injury.

Hale Products Inc (Hale) is recalling certain Weldon UV800 Display Unit user interfaces, with part numbers 610-00060-080-51, 610-00060-080-50, 610-00060-081, and 610-00091. The display may stop responding to touch commands or fail to power on, preventing the activation of exterior emergency lights, fire fighting and other emergency equipment. A loss of exterior lights can reduce the visibility of the vehicle to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash. Inoperative equipment can delay emergency response, increasing the risk of injury.

Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Air vehicles equipped with rear-wheel drive. The Gen 4 inverter may experience internal friction and become damaged, causing a loss of drive power. A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2026 Land Rover Range Rover Velar, Range Rover Sport, and Range Rover vehicles. The seat belt warning system may not activate the audible warning chime as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to conform with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection." A seat belt chime that fails to alert occupants that they are unbuckled can increase the risk of injury during a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles. The 3-door and 5-door Molded-In-Color (MIC) hardtop roof panels may have been manufactured improperly, which can allow sections of the outer roof panel to separate and detach from the vehicle. A detached section of roof can create a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2019-2020 LFS Artic and 2019-2023 LFS transit buses. The driver's speaker hole door may have been built with the prime glazing manufacturer DOT code mark missing. As such, these vehicles fail to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 205, "Glazing Materials." A missing DOT code mark may result in the door being replaced with the incorrect type of plastic, reducing visibility and increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2026 Escape and Lincoln Corsair vehicles. The integrated park module may fail to lock into the park position when the driver shifts into park. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 114, "Theft Protection and Rollaway Prevention." A loss of park function can allow the vehicle to rollaway, increasing the risk of a crash.

Piaggio Group Americas, Inc. (PGA) is recalling certain 2026 Vespa GTV 310, Vespa Primavera 150, and Vespa Primavera 50 motorcycles in the color Officina 8. The convex mirror warning "objects in mirror are closer than they appear," is missing. Without the convex mirror warning, riders may misjudge the distance of other vehicles, resulting in unsafe lane changes or maneuvers, increasing the risk of a crash.

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2026-2027 HV vehicles. The service brake may take longer than expected to release. As such, these vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems." A delayed brake release can increase the risk of crash.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Prime Time Crusader recreational trailers. The waste water holding tank ventilation pipe may end inside the trailer, allowing sewer gas to enter the cabin. Sewer gas inside the vehicle may increase the risk of injury.

Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Federal-Mogul Motorparts LLC (DRiV) is recalling certain Beck/Arnley replacement lower control arm and ball joint assemblies for 2018-2025 Subaru Forester and Crosstrek vehicles. The lower ball joint nut may be loose or may not have been tightened properly. A loose nut may allow the ball joint to separate from the control arm, causing a loss of steering control and increasing the risk of a crash.

Fontaine Trailer Company (Fontaine Trailer) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Fusion flatbed trailers. The main beams may have been contaminated with hydrogen during the galvanization process, causing the beams to crack. A cracked beam may break, resulting in a loss of load support and increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
