Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2026 Entegra Condor and Jayco Granite Ridge motorhomes. The tempering mixing valve may not have been installed on the water heater. The water could reach scalding temperatures without the mixing valve, increasing the risk of injury.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Ranger and Bronco vehicles. The front seats may have a loose or dislodged seat frame height-adjust pivot bolt. A seat with a dislodged bolt may not properly restrain an occupant in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Lode-King Industries, Ltd (Lode-King) is recalling certain 2019-2026 SDG53-3, SDF53-3, and SDF50-3 trailers. The rear impact guard may be missing welds, reducing the guard's structural strength. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 223, "Rear Impact Guards." A guard with inadequate strength may not sufficiently protect a following vehicle, increasing the risk of injury during a rear end crash.

Harley-Davidson Motor Company (Harley-Davidson) is recalling certain 2024-2026 FLTRX, FLHX, 2025-2026 FXBR, FLFB, 2025 FLHXU, 2026 FLTRXL, FLTRT, FLHXL, and FLHLT motorcycles built with an Airbox Baseplate (part number 29000373). The airbox backplate breather port may be blocked, allowing pressure to build up inside the crankcase. When the dipstick is removed while the crankcase is pressurized, oil may eject from the fill spout, increasing the risk of injury.

American Battery Solutions Inc. (ABS) is recalling certain Proliance High Voltage Batteries with part number 20000114-AB. The high voltage battery contactor may fail to close, causing a loss of drive power. A loss of drive power can increase the risk of a crash.

Shyft Group (Shyft) is recalling certain 2022 Utilimaster Aeromaster vehicles. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) listed on the certification label may be incorrect. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification." Referencing the incorrect GVWR may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Audi) is recalling certain 2025 Q5, Q5 Sportback, SQ5, and SQ5 Sportback vehicles. The driver and front passenger seat belts may have been manufactured incorrectly, and fail to properly restrain occupants during a crash. Improperly restrained occupants have an increased risk of injury during a crash.

Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2026-2027 VNR (4) and 2025-2027 VNL (4) vehicles. The rear brake modulators may have unprotected electrical connectors that can short circuit and lead to a loss of the anti-lock brake system (ABS) and electronic stability control (ESC). A loss of anti-lock brakes and electronic stability control increases the risk of a crash or injury.

Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2025-2027 Pioneer (4) and 2026-2027 Anthem (4) vehicles. The rear brake modulators may have unprotected electrical connectors that can short circuit and lead to a loss of the anti-lock brake system (ABS) and electronic stability control (ESC). A loss of anti-lock brakes and electronic stability control increases the risk of a crash or injury.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Jeep Wagoneer S and Dodge Charger electric vehicles. A software error may cause the instrument panel display to fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment," 126, "Electronic Stability Control Systems for Light Vehicles," 135, "Light Vehicle Brake Systems," 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring System," and/or 208, "Occupant Crash Protection." An instrument panel display that fails to show critical safety information, such as gear selection and warning lights, increases the risk of a crash.

General Motors (GM) is recalling certain containers of ACDelco GMW DOT 3 brake and clutch fluid (lot #01977 091222). The brake fluid may contain visible sediment. As such, this brake fluid fails to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 116, "Motor Vehicle Brake Fluids." Sediment in brake fluid may reduce brake performance, increasing the risk of a crash.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2026 Land Rover Defender vehicles. The fuel tank was improperly manufactured with walls that are too thin. In the event of a crash, an improperly manufactured fuel tank may leak fuel, increasing the risk of a fire.

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2026 Holiday Rambler Vacationer, Admiral, Fleetwood Flair, Fortis, and Bounder motorhomes. The furnace may create electrical signal that turns the generator on unexpectedly. A generator that operates in an enclosed space, such as a garage, increases the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Tesla, Inc. (Tesla) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Cybertruck vehicles equipped with 18-inch steel wheels. The brake rotor stud holes may crack and allow the stud to separate from the wheel hub. Wheel stud separation can cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025 RAV 4 vehicles. The front seat brackets for the seat rails may be welded improperly. Improperly welded seat brackets can prevent the seat from adequately restraining an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2022-2027 Ekko motorhomes. The touchscreen display may register unintended or phantom inputs and turn on the generator without the operator's knowledge. People in an enclosed space, such as a garage, with a running generator may be at an increased risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Taos vehicles. In the event of a rear-end crash, the fuel pressure sensor may dislodge or separate from the fuel tank. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 301, "Fuel System Integrity." A fuel tank with a dislodged or separated fuel pressure sensor can leak fuel after a rollover crash, increasing the risk of a fire.

Trails West Manufacturing of Idaho, Inc. (Trails West) is recalling certain 2027 RPM Freeride recreational trailers. The cooktop flame may become inverted when the furnace is operating. An inverted cooktop flame increases the risk of a fire.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2025 Elantra N, 2026 Tucson, Tucson Hybrid, Tucson Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV), and Elantra vehicles. The B-pillar impact sensors may have been misassembled, which can delay air bag deployment. Air bags that do not deploy as intended increase the risk of injury in a crash.

Hexagon Purus Systems USA LLC (Hexagon Purus) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Tern RC8 vehicles. A software error may occur between the digital display cluster and the pressure sensors, causing the system to show the incorrect air brake pressure and falsely indicate a brake system failure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 121, "Air Brake Systems." A display that does not show accurate information may fail to alert the driver to an actual brake issue, increasing the risk of a crash.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 East to West College Avenue and 2026-2027 Entrada recreational vehicles. The fender may contact and damage the rear tire. A damaged tire may cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Q'Straint is recalling certain QRT-3 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Daimler Trucks North America, LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Thomas Built SAF-T-LINER HDX2 school buses. The driver seat belt anchor may have been installed with inadequate hardware. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." An improperly installed seat belt anchor may fail to properly restrain the driver in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Daimler Trucks North America, LLC (DTNA) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Thomas Built SAF-T-LINER HDX2 transit buses. The driver seat belt anchor may have been installed with inadequate hardware. The liftgate gas spring cylinders may corrode and lose pressure, which can result in a gas spring cylinder rupture or the liftgate falling unexpectedly. A gas spring cylinder rupture or a liftgate falling unexpectedly can increase the risk of injury.
