ENFIT G-TUBE CONNECTOR, MEDLINE Item No. ENFIT1010GC
Connectors were not manufactured to required dimensional specifications and may not form a proper seal with ENFit-style devices, which could lead to leakage. Leakage may result in delayed care and fluid loss. Additional consequences may also occur if user over-tightens the connector to stop the leakage, including additional clinical intervention, risk of infection, patient discomfort, and prolonged recovery process.

Paradigm REAL-Time Revel Insulin Pump (MMT-523, MMT-723)
All Medtronic MiniMed infusion pumps (Paradigm series, 600 series, and BLE 700 series) were found to be affected by unintended over- and under-delivery of insulin when the pump is elevated or lowered relative to the infusion site, respectively, because of changes in gravitational force impacting hydrostatic and hydrodynamic pressures. Insulin over-delivery, which can occur when the pump is elevated relative to the infusion site, can result in severe hypoglycemia, altered mental status, seizure, coma, or death. An under-delivery of insulin, which can occur at lowered pump height conditions relative to the infusion site, can result in severe hyperglycemia, dehydration, diabetic ketoacidosis, or death.

Atellica CH Enzymatic Hemoglobin A1c (A1c_E); Siemens Material Number (SMN): 11097536;
A potential for depressed results for Atellica CH A1c_E when processing Atellica CH RCRP on the same analyzer. Customers processing A1c_E and RCRP on separate analyzers are not impacted by the recall. The frequency and magnitude of the negative bias and imprecision increase over time and are not consistent with the assay Instructions For Use (IFU). When this issue is present, Quality Control (QC) results demonstrate a negative trend and increased imprecision. The clinical impact of a negative (A1c_E) bias may lead to a delay in diagnosis for diabetes or lead to less-than-optimal treatment for existing diabetes.

Brand Name: Olympus SOLTIVE Premium SuperPulsed Laser System Product Name: SOLTIVE Premium Laser System TFL-PLS Model/Catalog Number: TFL-PLS containing TFL-CPLU Product Description: An electricity powered device assembly which emits a high-power laser beam to vaporize/ablate soft tissue with moderate hemostasis, little charring, and a thin zone of necrosis. Component: No
Following a complaint investigation, Olympus identified a potential defect in the 24V power supply module in some SOLTIVE laser units which may cause the system to become inoperable. Additionally, smoke or a burning smell may occur. By design, the issue causing the smoke or burning smell would be contained within the internal laser console enclosure and would be self-extinguishing.

Use the Today filter when you want newly published recall alerts from the current U.S. date. If no results appear, check the last 7 or 10 days because agencies may publish updates in batches.
Recent recalls can include new notices, updated classifications, expanded lots, changed risk levels and public health alerts. Sort by newest first for the live recall feed view.
High-risk notices often involve serious injury, contamination, undeclared allergens, vehicle crash hazards, fire risks or products that should not be used or consumed.
This latest recall page combines CPSC, FDA, USDA FSIS and NHTSA data so shoppers do not need to check each agency page separately.
New alerts for toys, furniture, appliances, electronics, baby products, household goods and products with injury, choking, fire or fall hazards.
Recent FDA notices can include Class I, Class II and Class III recalls, market withdrawals, safety alerts, code information and distribution areas.
FSIS alerts cover meat, poultry and egg products, including public health alerts, undeclared allergens, pathogen risks and misbranding issues.
New vehicle, tire, equipment and child-seat campaigns include defect summaries, affected units, remedy notes and NHTSA campaign numbers.
Recent recall pages are date-driven. Use the published date and recall date to understand whether an alert is new, newly classified or recently updated.
Choose food, vehicle, medical device, baby product, electronics, household or consumer product when the latest list is too broad.
Sort by highest risk when checking for urgent problems such as contamination, serious injury hazards, undeclared allergens, fire risks or vehicle safety defects.
Use the detail page and official source link before taking action. Agency notices may include exact lot codes, model ranges, remedy steps and company contacts.
The site syncs official recall sources daily and stores updated records by source agency, dataset and official recall ID.
Some agencies publish or classify a recall after the company began the recall. Use both the published date and recall date when reviewing a notice.
Match the brand, product name, package size, UPC, lot code, best-by date, allergen or contamination issue and distribution area before taking action.
Yes. Use the risk filter or highest-risk sort to surface recalls marked critical or high risk across all official sources.
