Foods Inc., a Santa Fe Springs, Calif., establishment, is recalling approximately 91,585 pounds of specific lots of ready-to-eat (RTE) breakfast burrito and wrap products containing egg that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes ( Lm ), the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The individually packaged and bulk packed frozen breakfast burritos and wraps were produced between September 17, 2025, and October 14, 2025. The products bear establishment number “EST. 1162A” or “P-5890A” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to foodservice institutions nationwide. While the products may have been distributed to schools, it resulted from commercial sales and not part of food provided by the USDA for the National School Lunch Program. The problem was discovered when the establishment notified FSIS of a positive Lm result in the scrambled egg component after the firm conducted routine sampling and testing of RTE ingredients from its external suppliers. There have been no confirmed reports of illness due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about illness should contact a healthcare provider. Consumption of food contaminated with Lm can cause listeriosis, a serious infection that primarily affects older adults, persons with weakened immune systems, and pregnant women and their newborns. Less commonly, persons outside these risk groups are affected. Listeriosis can cause fever, muscle aches, headache, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance and convulsions sometimes preceded by diarrhea or other gastrointestinal symptoms. An invasive infection spreads beyond the gastrointestinal tract. In pregnant women, the infection can cause miscarriages, stillbirths, premature delivery or life-threatening infection of the newborn. In addition, serious and sometimes fatal infections in older adults and persons with weakened immune systems. Listeriosis is treated with antibiotics. Persons in the higher-risk categories who experience flu-like symptoms within two months after eating contaminated food should seek medical care and tell the health care provider about eating the contaminated food. FSIS is concerned that some product may be in institutional refrigerators or freezers. Institutions are urged not to serve these products. These products should be thrown away. The product subject to recall bears the USDA mark of inspection on the case’s label and establishment number “P-1380” printed on the side of the package. These items were shipped to restaurant locations nationwide. The problem was discovered when the company notified FSIS that they had identified chicken product containing soy that had been mislabeled with a non-allergen containing product code. The bean, cheese, and jalapeno tamales were mislabeled as mild pork tamales. The product contains cheese (milk), a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. The fully cooked tamales were produced Oct. 7, 2025. The following product is subject to recall [ view labels ]: 10.9-lb. plastic-lined boxes containing 50 frozen tamales and labeled as “La Guadalupana MILD PORK TAMALES Wrapped in Corn Husks,” with pack date “10/07/25” and best buy date “10/08/26” represented on the label. The product subject to recall bears establishment number “EST. 21094” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to restaurant and retail locations in Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, and Wisconsin. The problem was discovered when a restaurant notified the establishment that they had identified bean, cheese, and jalapeno tamales that had been mislabeled as pork tamales. WASHINGTON, Dec. 19, 2025 – Maître Saladier Inc. in Quebec, Canada, is recalling approximately 6,000 pounds of Lorraine Quiche products containing pork that were not presented for import reinspection into the United States, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The Lorraine Quiche items were produced on April 9, 2025, and April 17, 2025. The following products are subject to recall [ view labels ]: 19.8-lb. cardboard boxes containing “Lorraine Quiche (with pork) La Madeleine” in metal trays wrapped in plastic. The products subject to recall do not bear a USDA mark of inspection. The affected products bear expiration dates of April 8, 2028, and April 16, 2028. The affected products were shipped to distributors in Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, and Texas. The problem was discovered during routine FSIS import surveillance activities. WASHINGTON, Dec. 27, 2025 – Mountain West Food Group, LLC, a Heyburn, Idaho establishment, is recalling approximately 2,855 pounds of raw ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O26, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The raw ground beef item was produced on Dec. 16, 2025. The following product is subject to recall [ view labels ]: 16-oz. (1-lb.) vacuum-sealed packages containing “FORWARD FARMS GRASS-FED GROUND BEEF” with “USE OF FREEZE BY 01/13/26 EST 2083” printed on the side of the packaging. The product subject to recall bears establishment number “EST 2083” printed on the side of the packaging. The product was shipped to distributors in California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Pennsylvania, and Washington for further distribution for retail sales. The problem was discovered during routine FSIS testing and the sampling results showed the presence of E. coli O26. There have been no confirmed reports of illness due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an illness should contact a healthcare provider. E. coli O26, like the more common E. coli O157:H7, is a serovar of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC). People can become ill from STECs 2-8 days (average of 3-4 days) after exposure to the organism. Most people infected with STEC O26 develop diarrhea (often bloody) and vomiting. Some illnesses last longer and can be more severe. Infection is usually diagnosed by testing of a stool sample. Vigorous rehydration and other supportive care is the usual treatment; antibiotic treatment is generally not recommended. Most people recover within a week, but, rarely, some develop a more severe infection. Hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), a type of kidney failure, is uncommon with STEC O26 infection. HUS can occur in people of any age but is most common in children under 5 years old, older adults and persons with weakened immune systems. It is marked by easy bruising, pallor and decreased urine output. Persons who experience these symptoms should seek emergency medical care immediately. The ready-to-eat grilled chicken breast fillet items were produced on October 14, 2025. The following products are subject to recall [ view labels ]: 10-lb. cases containing two 5 lb. bags of fully cooked grilled chicken breast fillets with rib meat, with lot code 60104 P1382 287 5 J14 on the side of the case and on the package. The products subject to recall bear establishment number P-1382 inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to distribution centers for foodservice sales in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Ohio. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Explorer, Escape, Lincoln Aviator, and Lincoln Corsair vehicles. The windshield wiper motor may fail and prevent the windshield wipers from operating properly. Windshield wipers that fail to operate properly can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2026-2027 E-350 and E-450 vehicles. The backup alarm connector may become loose and detach, preventing the alarm from sounding when the vehicle is backing up. A backup alarm that fails to alert pedestrians and other vehicles of a reversing vehicle, increases the risk of crash or injury.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2026-2025 F-250 SD and F-350 SD vehicles. The driveshaft friction weld may fail, resulting in rear driveshaft separation and a sudden loss of drive power. A loss of drive power can increase the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2026 Lincoln Navigator vehicles. The obstacle detection software for the driver seat may malfunction at low speeds, resulting in the seat reversing unexpectedly while driving. Unexpected movement of the driver’s seat may affect the driver’s ability to control the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Explorer vehicles. The Dynamic Bending Light (DBL) system software may cause the passenger-side headlight to turn in the wrong direction when driving through curves in the road. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, " Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." A headlight that turns incorrectly can result in increased glare to other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 Ranger, Lincoln Nautilus, Mustang, Maverick, Explorer, Escape, Lincoln Corsair, Bronco Sport, and Bronco vehicles. The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve may fail, resulting in an unexpected loss of drive power. An unexpected loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Escape, Lincoln Corsair, 2020-2024 Lincoln Aviator, and Explorer vehicles. The image on the center display may flip or invert, resulting in an incorrectly displayed rearview image when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility." An incorrectly displayed rearview image can reduce the driver’s view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2026 Ford Bronco and 2021-2024 Ford Edge vehicles. The Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM) may overheat and shutdown, which can prevent the rearview camera image from displaying as intended. A rearview camera that fails to display an image can reduce the driver’s view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

This recall involves magnetic chess games. The recalled Christmas-themed games consist of 20 magnets, a red string, instructions and a red drawstring storage bag. "Merry Christmas," and holiday images, including a Santa Claus, snowmen and a Christmas tree, are printed on the front of the game's box and "Magnetic" is printed on the back.

This recall involves Zelbuck-branded children's chess games. The recalled, blue turtle-shaped games have a white playing board at the top and come with a multi-colored spinner and 32 black magnetic balls that can be stored under the playing board. "Magnetism Ball Game" is printed on the front of the game's box and "Number 999-9" on the back.

This recall involves Trankerloop-branded baby bath seats sold in blue, gray, pink and yellow. The bath seats have two detachable arms that serve as a restraint, four suction cups on the bottom, and come with a cup and a sponge. "PLASTIC STOOL" and "Model: YD-1958" are printed on a tracking label located on the back of the bath seat.

This recall involves Concord-branded 360 Degree Rechargeable Light-Up bike helmets. The helmets were sold in size large (L), fitting a head circumference of about 22.8 to 24 inches. The helmets have a black exterior with a built-in LED lighting system, black straps, black buckle, and have a black plastic knob at the back of the helmet for adjusting the fit. "Concord" is printed on the back of the helmet.

This recall involves TheKiddoSpace-branded peg dolls in cups toys. The children's toys consist of seven rainbow-colored wooden peg figures with a matching cup and a circular natural wood tray. TheKiddoSpace logo and "Peg Dolls in Cups" are printed on the toy's blue box.

This recall involves TheKiddoSpace's sensory swing. The recalled children's swing consists of a stretchable, cocoon-style hammock made of soft fabric, intended to be suspended indoors for therapeutic or recreational use. The swings were sold in green, gray, blue and pink and in themed prints: ocean, jungle, space and fairytale. The swings included installation hardware (mounting kit with carabiners, screws, ceiling plate, daisy chain straps and rope) and a white washing bag and were packaged in a blue drawstring storage bag. TheKiddoSpace logo is printed on the front of the storage bag.

This recall involves TheKiddoSpace-branded Montessori children's puzzle egg toys. The recalled toys consist of six or 12 white plastic eggs that split in two and come in a yellow storage case. Each egg half has a different colored geometric shape that only fits with its matching pair.

This recall involves SumDirect-branded LED mini lights. The recalled blinking lights rotate and have a built-in loop for hanging. Each of the 24 multicolored lights includes three preinstalled LR41 button cell batteries.

This recall involves Somgem Lightweight Tiny Pinky Pig and Yomin Toilet Lighters. The Somgem-branded lighter comes in the shape of a pink pig with the ignition trigger on the top. The Yomin-branded lighter comes in the shape of a white toilet with a cap on top of the tank and a bottle opener on the bottom of the lighter. The Somgem-branded lighter is 1.18 inches in height and the Yomin-branded lighter is 3 inches in height.

This recall involves Royal Oak flame saber lighters. The lighters are red with a black-and-gray checkered grip and have a hands-free operation lock. The lighter bears the warning labels, "DANGER: Extremely Flammable, Content Under Pressure" and "WARNING: Only store in locked position" on the sides of the lighter. The "Royal Oak" logo is printed on the front of lighter.

This recall involves magnetic chess games with magnets that are small, loose and separable with a strong magnetic flux. The games are sold in a blue box with the words "Magnetic", "Magnetic Chess Piece" and "Intelligence Strategy Game" on the front of the box. The game includes 20 loose magnets, a yellow string, gameplay instructions and a plastic storage bag.
