Owners may contact MFTA customer service at 1-877-711-0707. MFTA's number for this recall is C10136. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 16, 2026.

The driver's window panel and entrance door vertical joints may have been attached without sufficient epoxy coverage. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 221, "School Bus Body Joint Strength."
