This recall involves model year 2021-2022 Yamaha Drive2 Electric Fleet Golf Cars. The golf cars were sold in mica (gold), arctic drift (blue), moonstone (gray), carbon (dark gray), bluestone, garnet (red), emerald (green), sunstone (yellow) and glacier (white). The serial number is located underneath the seat, on the frame of the unit. Yamaha will provide assistance if you can't locate the serial number. This recall involves Nimood branded adult portable bed rails, models C3 Pro, C4 Pro, C5 Pro, and C5 Pro 2.0 sold for use on adult beds. The model numbers may be found on the assembly instructions, if kept. The C3 Pro bed support railing is made of white metal tubing with a rounded black foam rubber grip handle, and includes a fabric pouch, black strap, and a detachable adjustable magnetic motion light bar. The C3 Pro has two support legs and measures 16.7 inches wide, 26 inches long, and has an adjustable height between 28.9 to 44.9 inches. The C4 Pro bed support railing is made of black metal tubing with a rounded black foam rubber grip handle, and includes a fabric pouch, black strap, and a detachable adjustable magnetic motion light bar. The C4 Pro has two support legs with an adjustable height between 30.3 to 43.2 inches, an adjustable width between 26.4 to 35.8 inches, and an adjustable length between 25.2 and 32.9 inches. The C5 Pro bed support railing has a foldable frame made of black metal tubing with a rounded black foam rubber grip handle, and includes a fabric pouch, black strap, and a detachable adjustable magnetic motion light bar. The bed support railing has a foldable frame made of black metal and black foam padding on the grip handle. The C5 Pro has two support legs with an adjustable height between 29.5 to 42.4 inches, an adjustable width between 26 to 35.8 inches, and a length of 24.4 inches. The C5 Pro 2.0 bed support railing has a foldable frame made of black metal tubing with a rounded black foam rubber grip handle, and includes a fabric pouch, black strap, and a detachable adjustable motion light that is attached by Velcro. The bed support railing has a foldable frame made of black metal and black foam padding on the grip handle. The C5 Pro 2.0 has two support legs with an adjustable height between 30.3 to 40.3 inches, an adjustable width between 28.3 to 34.3 inches, and a length of 25.2 inches.

This recall involves the Merkury Innovations Hot + Cool Heating and Cooling Fan, a portable hot-and-cool bladeless fan and heater with model number MI-DHC02. The model number MI-DHC02 can be found on a white label on the bottom of the product and on the packaging. The fan heater is approximately 13 inches tall, 5 inches wide and 5 inches deep and weighs about 2 pounds.

This recall involves Model Year 2026 Kawasaki Teryx4 H2 and Teryx5 H2 recreational off-road vehicles with the following model numbers: KRT1000D, KRT1000F and KRT1000G. Each unit has a unique VIN number located on the right rear of the main frame underneath the rear fender and above the rear wheel. The vehicles have either "Teryx4 H2" or "Teryx5 H2" on the driver and front passenger doors and the Kawasaki logo on both the left and right side above the rear wheels. The recalled vehicles were sold in lime green color. Model numbers are printed on the owner's manual.

This recall involves certain Kitchen HQ brand thermal insulated bowls with detachable-hinged lids. The bowls, which were sold in a variety of colors, have a metal interior and a plastic exterior with the words “KITCHEN HQ” written across the front. Affected models include the 10-cup bowl (SKN 817800), the pair of 10.5-cup and 2-cup bowls sold as a set (SKN 884907), and the 10.4-cup, 6-cup, and 2-cup bowls sold as a set of three (SKN 900600).

This recall involves Houoto 642-2150V Pool Drain Covers that are sold for use in swimming pools. The drain covers measure 7-5/8 inches in diameter and the screw hole spacing is 7 inches. They are white and made of ABS plastic. The brand and model number can be found on the product's order receipt.

This recall involves Hopelight adult portable bed rails. The bed rail comes in silver and black, measure 11.5 inches wide by 23.5 inches tall, is made of metal and weighs 4 pounds. It has the model number, F311, printed on the product's packaging.

This recall involves Kidisle-branded hot and iced coffee machines. The single-serve coffeemaker is designed with black, white and gray colors, measures about 11 inches high and 6 inches wide, and has a 50-ounce detachable water tank. The coffeemakers can brew 6 to 14 ounces of cupped or ground coffee. Model "KC101B" is printed on a sticker on the coffeemakers' underside and the brand name on the product order receipt.

This recall involves Arctic Zone Titan Pro 40 can-capacity, iceless coolers. The rectangular coolers were sold in black and brown and have a built?in bottle opener. The zipperless coolers are collapsible and measure about 15 inches wide, 12 inches deep and 12 inches high when open. The coolers have a hard-top lid with a front latch, a front insulated compartment with a front zippered pocket, two mesh side pockets, a shoulder strap with pad and grab handles. "Titan Pro by Arctic Zone" is printed on the front of the coolers and style number 10006348 is on a sewn-in label inside the front zippered pocket.

This recall involves all SUNS International SS6291 Solenoid Interlock switches used in residential elevators produced from August 20, 2024, through November 6, 2025, with date codes 2431 through 2543. The SUNS SS6291 interlock switch measures approximately 10 inches by 2 inches and weighs about 2-pounds. "SUNS", the model number and date code are printed on a label on the side of the product.

This recall involves Broqixin-branded pool drain covers. The white plastic pool drain covers measure about 7.36 inches in diameter and weigh about 3.84 ounces and come with two screws. "Model 11064W" is printed on the product's packaging.

This recall involves Crenlux-branded pool drain covers. The white plastic pool drain covers measure about eight inches in diameter and weigh about 12.7 ounces. "Crenlux" is printed on the product's packaging.

This recall involves Gudook-branded bicycle helmets, model KY-055. The helmets were sold in blue with white and in size medium (M), fitting a head circumference of about 21.3 to 22.4 inches. The helmets have red padding, black straps, a black and red buckle and a black fit-adjusting knob at the back. Only helmets with batch number 202503 and manufacture date of March 2025 are included in this recall. "Gudook" is printed on the side of the helmet. The model, batch number and manufacture date, in MM/YYYY format, are printed on a label on the inside of the helmet.

This recall involves SLF Sauna Blankets, model number 30065TAR with serial number WF2236430065. The sauna blankets were sold in one size, measuring 70 inches long by 31 inches wide. The sauna blankets are black with white accent handles and were sold with a control panel and wireless remote to adjust the time and temperature.

This recall involves Giantex and Costway branded portable steam saunas. The saunas were sold as part of a set that includes a folding chair, foot roller, felt mat and remote control. The portable saunas have a steam unit that connects to an enclosure via tubing. The enclosure has an opening for the user's head to remain outside the enclosure. The enclosures were sold in black, copper, beige, blue, green and pink. The name "Giantex" or "Costway" is imprinted on the front of the enclosure. The model numbers and/or SKU are printed on the item packaging. This recall involves HomeProGym-branded resistance bands. The latex, stackable bands have a silver metal D?ring at each end, attached to a black strap and were sold as part of the following sets and bundles: Add-on Stackable Resistance Bands - 130lbs (60kg), Stackable Resistance Bands Set Ultra 7 Bands, Stackable Resistance Bands Set Mega 9 Bands, PowerTube Stackable 450lbs Band Set + Bar & Ultra Door Anchor, Ultimate Bundle and Mega Bundle. Only the purple 60-pound resistance and the gray 70-pound resistance bands are included in this recall. The weight resistance, "HOME PRO GYM" and "ULTRA" or "ULTRA PLUS" are printed on the bands' strap.

This recall involves two models of PandaEar portable hook-on chairs. The chairs are used to seat young children at the dining table. The chairs contain a black or gray metal frame covered with black, gray, or blue (dinosaur theme) polyester and cotton material and an attached restraint in the occupant seating area. There are two metal arms with plastic covers on top that anchor to a dining table, and the child is suspended from the table. "Panda Ear" can be found on a label stitched to the side of the fabric seats. "Model C2102" can be found on a label located on the bottom of the fabric seats. There are no markings on the product for model BTC-51.

This recall involves two models of Orb Funkee squeeze toys with the date code 3102491A. The products are made of a soft, stretchable material and filled with sand. Model 17451 is a large golden monkey (stylized "monkee"), and model 41929 is an assortment of small "monkees" in various colors, including orange, purple and green. The date code can be found on the hand of the golden monkee or the back of the smaller monkees.

This recall involves the Sierra 125U Youth ATVs sold under various brand names including "Rider 9". The model's name "Sierra 125U" is located on the VIN plate on the front frame column. The ATVs have a plate on the left front side of the frame column, stating "This ATV is subject to LIL PICK UP INC's Action Plan approved by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission." The ATVs were sold in red, blue, black, pink, gray, spider red and spider blue.

The recalled Bethlehem Lights 10-inch Illuminated Ribbon Sphere is a spherical ornament made of reflective, silver-toned material with a spiral faceted design. The sphere is illuminated from within by numerous small warm-white LED lights. The product has a 10-inch diameter.

This recall involves ZWILLING J. A. Henckels Aktiengesellschaft Enfinigy Kettle (1.5 l) and Enfinigy Kettle Pro (1.5 l). The electric stainless-steel kettles come in various colors including black, silver, rose, gold, and pure-white. ZWILLING is silk printed on the kettle itself. Affected model numbers are: 53101-200, 53101-201 (1.5L ENFINIGY Electric Kettle); 53101-500, 53101-501, 53101-502, 53101-503, 53101-504 (1.5L ENFINIGY Electric Kettle Pro). The model numbers and "ZWILLING" can be found on the bottom of the kettle and the bottom of the power base.

This recall involves Agio Menlo Woven Patio Swings with model number 1934256. The recalled swings were sold exclusively at Costco retail stores and online at Costco.com. The swings have a black metal frame, black metal swing arms, a fabric canopy, and a padded seat in brown outdoor wicker. The swing frame is about 75 inches high, 71 inches wide, and 48 inches deep. The swing seat is about 58 inches wide and 19 inches deep. Consumers who are unable to determine whether they have the recalled model can contact World Bright International Limited for assistance.

This recall involves the Tiyol Pull String Teething Toy. The teething toy is an off-white disc shape with a red ball in the middle and six long, silicone pull string "tentacles" of various colors running through the ball. There are also three free-spinning rings and soft push buttons on the disc. "Model no. 688-59" is printed on the product packaging.

This recall involves Superbobi pool drain covers that are sold for use in swimming pools. The pool drain covers are 7 3/8-inches in diameter, weigh 4.6 ounces, and come with two screws. They are white and made of ABS plastic.

This recall involves Petzl harnesses. The recalled harnesses were intended to be used by operators and work-at-height professionals. Serial numbers are printed on a label inside the harnesses' waist belt. All harnesses are offered in black with a yellow accent, except C083BA03, C083BA04 and C083BA05, which are offered in black.
