Vehicle Recalls: NHTSA Car Recall Alerts by Make, Model and Campaign

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Freelander motorhomes. The solar panel wire may have been incorrectly connected to a breaker without over-current protection. A wire that is not connected to over-current protection increases the risk of a fire.

Forest River bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Trans Tech school buses. The modified seating floor plan may exceed the the rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). As such these vehicles fail to comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars." Overloading the rear axle may cause loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2026 Freedom Aire motorhomes equipped with a ThermaHeat Tank Pad. The water tank heating pad may experience high resistance and fail. A heating pad failure can increase the risk of a fire.

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Spirit, Minnie Winnie, Travato, View, Navion, and 2026-2027 Sunflyer, 2021-2026 Commercial vehicle, and 2023-2026 425 Commercial shell motorhomes equipped with a ThermaHeat Tank Pad. The water tank heating pad may experience high resistance and fail. A heating pad failure can increase the risk of a fire.

Lippert is recalling certain bus windows. Please see the recall report for the full list of affected part numbers. The windows may have illegible DOT markings. As such these windows fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 205, "Glazing Materials." A missing DOT code mark may result in the window being replaced with an incorrect type of glass, increasing the risk of a injury.

Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Air vehicles equipped with an AD02 package and operating a software version from 2.8.0 through 2.8.16. The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility." A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain Genesis 2025-2026 G80, GV80, 2026 G80 "Electrified," GV60, GV70 "Electrified" and GV70 vehicles. Due to a software error, the instrument panel display may fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, "Controls and Displays." An instrument panel display that fails to show critical safety information, such as the speedometer or fuel gauge, increases the risk of a crash.

Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Gravity vehicles operating a software version prior to 3.3.20. The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility." A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Rivian Automotive, LLC (Rivian) is recalling certain 2022-2025 R1T and 2022-2026 R1S vehicles. The bolts that secure the second-row driver and passenger side seat belt retractor assemblies may be improperly tightened. An improperly secured seat belt retractor may not adequately restrain the seat occupant, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. (Gulf Stream) is recalling certain 2026 Trail Boss and Ameri-Lite trailers. Wires in the taillight harness may be reversed, causing the turn signals to activate in the opposite direction as the driver intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Turn signals that fail to indicate the driver's intention to change direction increase the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2013-2018 Focus, 2013-2019 Escape, and 2015-2016 MKC vehicles equipped with a 2.0L engine. The engine block heater may crack and develop a coolant leak, causing it to short circuit when the block heater is plugged in. An electrical short circuit can increase the risk of a fire.

A detached rear impact guard cannot mitigate the impact of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Lippert is recalling certain 3000 Series Hidden Hinge Ramp Doors. Please see the 573 Recall Report for a complete list of affected part numbers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles. A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.

Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2025 TL-Series, LT-Series, LTM40, HR40, HR46, and SCM55 areal device vehicles. The control valve may have been assembled with an incorrect plug, causing the hydraulic equipment to overheat. Touching parts of the overheated hydraulic equipment can increase the risk of burn injuries.

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2026 Range Rover Sport vehicles. The vehicle weight information listed on the certification label is incorrect. Incorrect weight information on the certification label could lead to overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear) is recalling certain Cooper Discoverer SRX tires, size 255/50R20. The Tire Identification Number (TIN) is incorrect, which can prevent owners from properly registering the tires. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 574, "Tire Identification & Recordkeeping." Without registration information, owners may not receive a recall notice, prolonging use of a recalled tire and increasing the risk of a crash.

Wanli Tire Corporation Limited (Wanli) is recalling certain Aptany Eco Sendero M/T2 tires, size LT265/75R16. The sidewall may separate. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 139, "New Pneumatic Radial Tires for Light Vehicles." Sidewall separation can cause tire failure, increasing the risk of a crash.

Blue Bird Bus Company (Blue Bird) is recalling certain 2026 Vision and All American transit buses equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Blue Bird Bus Company (Blue Bird) is recalling certain 2022-2024 All American transit buses. A loose 12-volt cable may disconnect, causing a loss of electrical systems. A loss of brake assist, drive power, steering assist, or instrument panel displays can increase the risk of a crash.

Rivian Automotive, LLC (Rivian) is recalling certain 2022-2025 R1S and R1T vehicles that previously had service performed. The toe link may have been reassembled incorrectly during service procedures performed before March 10, 2025. The toe link joint may separate, increasing the risk of a crash.

Allwin Powersports Corp. (APC) is recalling certain LS2 Rebellion helmets, sizes XL and XXL manufactured between June 1, 2024 and July 30 2025. The helmets may lack proper impact protection. As such, these helmets fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 218, "Motorcycle Helmets." A helmet that does not provide adequate protection increases the risk of injury during a crash.

Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo Car) is recalling certain 2025 EX30 vehicles. The high-voltage battery may experience a short circuit and overheat. A high-voltage battery that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
